Uploading Documents

CloudOnex Business Suite provides robust document storage capabilities that allow you to securely store, organize, and share business documents with your team and customers.

How to Upload Documents

  1. Navigate to the Documents section in your Business Suite
  2. Click the New Document button
  3. Either:
    • Drag and drop files into the upload area
    • Click "Browse" to select files from your computer
  4. Add any relevant metadata:
    • Title/Description
    • Whether you want to share with customers or not
  5. Click "Upload" to complete the process
