Built-in Customization Options
CloudOnex Business Suite offers extensive customization options to tailor the system to your business needs. This guide covers the built-in customization features available through the administrative interface.
Visual Customization
Company Branding

Logo Customization
- Navigate to
Appearance → Customize
- Upload your company logo
- Click "Submit" to save changes
- Note: If you see the old logo, clear your browser cache
- Navigate to
Theme Settings

Theme Selection
- Go to
Appearance → Themes
- Choose your preferred theme
- Select the desired style variation
- Changes apply immediately across the system
- Go to
Invoice Customization

Enable Signature Feature
- Navigate to
Appearance → Customize
- Check the "Enable signature" checkbox
- Save changes
- Navigate to

Dynamic Invoice Prefix
- Go to
Settings → General Settings
- In the invoice prefix field, use placeholders
- Example:
INV-{date('Y-m-d')}-
- You can modify the date format within the date function

Time Zone and Date Format

- Navigate to
Settings → Localization
- Select your preferred timezone
- Choose your desired date format
- Save changes

- Select your default system language

Per-User Language
- Users can set their preferred language

in the top right corner - Select desired language
- Changes apply only to that user's interface

- Modify business registration numbers (VAT/ABN)

- Set Tax System to "India"
- Select your default business location
- System will automatically format invoices for GST compliance
