CloudOnex Business Suite's Knowledge Base module helps you create, organize, and share helpful information with your customers and staff. This self-service platform reduces support inquiries while providing instant access to important information.

Creating Articles

Add New Article

  1. Navigate to Knowledgebase → New Article
  2. Enter required information:
    • Title
    • Content
    • Category
    • Status (Published/Draft)
    • Tags

Article Components

  1. Title Section

    • Clear, descriptive heading
    • SEO-friendly title
    • Brief description
  2. Main Content

    • Rich text formatting
    • Images and diagrams
    • Step-by-step instructions
    • Related links

Content Organization

Categories

  1. Create Categories

    • Navigate to "Categories" section
    • Add new category
    • Set parent category (if applicable)
    • Define display order
  2. Category Structure

    • Main categories
    • Subcategories
    • Related topics
    • Hierarchical organization
