The Knowledge Base in CloudOnex Business Suite helps you create, organize, and share helpful articles with your customers and team members. This guide explains how to effectively manage your knowledge base articles.

Creating Knowledge Base Articles

Accessing the Knowledge Base

  1. Navigate to Knowledgebase in the main menu
  2. Select New Article

Writing an Article

  1. Click New Article button
  2. Fill in the following fields:
    • Title
    • Content
    • Category (if applicable)
    • Tags
    • Status (Published/Draft)

Article Components

Required Elements

  • Title: Clear, descriptive heading
  • Content: Main article body
  • Status: Publication status

  • Categories

Managing Articles

Viewing Articles

  • Access all articles under Knowledgebase > All Articles
  • Filter articles by:
    • Category
    • Status

  1. Locate the article in the list
