Creating Knowledge Base Articles
Accessing the Knowledge Base
- Navigate to Knowledgebase in the main menu
- Select New Article
Writing an Article
- Click New Article button
- Fill in the following fields:
- Title
- Content
- Category (if applicable)
- Tags
- Status (Published/Draft)
